Quality Executive Assistant needed to support Mike Edwards across two organisations: Flare Fires and Hapai Whanau.

Flare Fires – Flare is selling its innovative outdoor concrete fireplaces across NZ and abroad. Flare Fires is growing rapidly and Mike needs admin and marketing support as he continues to grow the business internationally.

Hāpai Whanau was founded by Mike & his wife Julie. They focus on supporting Whānau in their parenting journey and is growing nationally.

You’ll work roughly 50/50 across these two organisations as you support Mike. The role will be based full time in the Flare Fires office.
